Back and leg injury.
Victim of Workers' Compensation Fraud, through the Legal System of the State of California, since 1991.
Victim of Auto Insurance Fraud, through the Legal System of the State of California,since 1991.
Denied any kind of hearing for Social Security Disability by the same ALJ from 1992 to 1996.
Every step of two separate filings and the appeals denied by the same Administrative Law Judge.
I have been : Handicapped since 1989, Unemployable since 1992,and without any type of any kind of an "income" from 1993 to present date.
No Rights, No Benefits, No medical, and continue to be denied my right to "Ethical and Legal Hearing" in "Workers' Comp", "Auto accident", and "Social Security Disability" and also, "Due Process of Law" from 1989 to present.
