Job Injury to a Sheet Metal Worker

For first 30 days I was being put back to light duty work with extreme pain to my upper back and loss of movement to my neck, being a Union Sheet Metal Worker there is no light duty.

Continuing to injure myself until I was in so much pain their Dr. finally agreed to a MRI which showed two Cervical and one Thorasic disc herniating and bulging.

A year and three months from the injury I have three doctors agreeing for need of surgery (including QME). Insurance is dragging their feet at every opportunity.

Insurance adjusters have been vicious to everyone involved, even though claiming liability.

Currently I am heavily addicted to narcotic pain relievers that are not working anymore, I feel worthless and mentally begun a downward spiral.

I have a six year old who has put up with a father who can not hold her anymore not without paying for it later).

My lawyer takes days to get back to me (even though she's highly recommended). All the while feeling like everyone involves looks at you like a criminal.
