Back Injuries At Work
Hello, I injured my back in 1997 had surgery in 98 went back to work.
Every thing fine till mid 99 had back pain again. mri says new disc bulging, need to stop work maybe more surgery.
It is now 2002 and am still awaiting surgery have been to 6 ins. doctors in mean time some say not needed others say yes.
Ins. wanted me to settle on 28,000 and sign off medical coverage. I said no am still waiting.
My first disc injury was rated at 20% I appealed and before solved have new injury. The weekly pay is just enough to get by on went from 3000+ a mo. to 1960.
I hope the end settlement is enough! This is so stressful.
