Fell On A Wet Floor At Work

I was at a mandatory meeting for the place I work and upon leaving I fell on a wet floor, which there were no wet floor signs.

I have been told by two surgeons that I need surgery to correct the injury to my back. This happened on 09-11-01 and today is 12-21-01 and I am still waiting for my surgery. I am getting workmans comp, but for some reason they keep dragging there feet on my surgery.

I have two attorneys one for workmans comp and one for the place were i fell. The two attorneys are doing there best, but i am so tired of being in pain. We have had to put our house up for sale and also our car. If something doesn't happen soon we might lose our home.

The amount of money I am getting from workmans comp isnt even close to what I was bringing home when I was working. I have never had to use workmans comp before and I hope I never have to again. It seems like they don't care about how much pain the injured person is in.

My case worker doesn't return my phone calls and it makes me so mad. I think something should be done about people like myself and all the other Americans that have to suffer because of a bunch of red tape. I cant even take care of my own house, even the little thing like making my bed hurts me so much. I would like to see some of those big shots that sit behind those desks making the decisions on who gets taken care of have to go thru what I am having to go thru.

I will not give up on this because I am not at fault for what happened to me.

Thank you for letting voice my opinion.
