Worker's Compensation Benefits Are Inadequate
Well, I ended up here somehow, I don't see a survey but ok.
All I have to say is Louisiana Worker's Comp laws are HORRID! We get screwed either way!
I'm just beginning my battle with them and it doesn't look pretty at all, and then for an injury that will be with me for the rest of my life.
I'm going to get a piddling amount "to cover future medical treatment".
The shots I get are two thousand dollars a piece! How does this cover it?
I'm fed up with the government, medical, and legal system altogether!
