A Constant Fight For Worker's Comp Benefits
I have been awarded lifetime medical care, however since my court date of October 2000.
Every treatment my primary MD has prescribed has been denied by the carrier.
I have been waiting since October for appropriate, prescribed pain management care I have yet to receive so much as a pain med from them.
All requests by my attorney go ignored and we end up taking them back to court, where they delay by not showing up, or agreed to pay but then arrange an appointment with their IME usually many months away and base their agreement to pay on his decision.
The last time they made an appt. in October for the end of February, and as of this date I am still not receiving recommended care.
